Can I use my RemitBee Balance to pay for transactions?

Yes. You can use your RemitBee Balance to pay for transactions on our platform — what you can pay for depends on which Balance you're using.

What your CAD Balance can pay for

You can use your CAD Balance to pay for:

• Money Transfers
• Currency Exchange
• Mobile Top-up
• Gift Cards
• eSIM
• International Bill Payments

What your USD Balance can pay for

You can use your USD Balance to pay for:

• Currency Exchange

Good to know: Money Transfers from your USD Balance are coming soon.

Your Balance must cover the full amount

To pay with your Balance, it needs to fully cover the entire cost of the transaction. Partial payments aren't supported, so you can't split a single transaction between your Balance and another payment method.

Example: If your Balance is 500 CAD, you can fully fund a transaction up to that amount. For a transaction costing 550 CAD, you'd need to add another 50 CAD to your Balance, or lower the transaction amount to 500 CAD, to pay with your Balance.

Moving money between Balances

You can convert funds between your CAD and USD Balance at any time, with no fee — so you can shift money to the currency you need before you pay.
